automountServiceAccountToken not configurable in envoy-gateway-deployment.yaml

Description:
In the Helm charts of envoy gateway its currently not possible to configure automountServiceAccountToken to be false for the envoy-gateway-deployment.

This setting is part of the standard Kubernetes PodSpec and is commonly used in hardened clusters to prevent unnecessary mounting of service account tokens into pods.

Are you running into any specific situation, or is this more of a compliance concern?
The Pod will still require a token mounted to the same path AFAICT, it doesn't initially point me to any security concern.
