Fixed "build from source" that could not find boost 1.66.0. Now it does, builds correctly and the built project functions properly #2365

Host cited in https://github.com/cpp-pm/hunter/blob/master/cmake/projects/Boost/hunter.cmake as boost_base_url is offline so also boost version 1.66.0 is offline as of now and the boost version has to be taken the repo cited in the link as p0 (meaning hunter patched version 0)
