Fix Date and Time class loading

Revisit of #256

It turned out that testing Date/Time in integration test requires heavy lift.
Because integration test does some roundtrip: lload yaml as expected, generate yaml as actual, then compares both.
Date and Time in generated yaml are quoted, which conflict with expected.

I am fine with the current test
