Summary: We don't need `BigStringBuffer` as a separate abstraction when `JSBigString` implements almost exactly the same interface. Changelog: [General][Changed] BigStringBuffer is deprecated and will be removed in a future release - use JSBigString instead Differential Revision: D84458636
