What does this PR do?

This PR introduces a utility to analyze the memory usage of HTA's internal trace representation. As we scale up HTA to support larger traces, memory consumption becomes a critical concern. The new memory analysis utility provides insight into how memory is allocated and utilized by various components of the trace, allowing us to identify areas for potential optimization.
