Summary

Improvements to the Persian (Farsi) README file.

Changes Made

✅ Fix typo in "Proxy Settings" heading (تمظیمات → تنظیمات)
✅ Translate table headers to Persian (زبان, مشارکت‌کنندگان)
✅ Update contributor list to match English version
✅ Add @bananbenbadr as Persian (فارسی) translator
✅ Fix heading level for "Opensource libraries" section
