This fix also closes issue #4148
What's new
Changed delay for demo windows badusb input to be slightly slower to account for input delay problems the new Windows 11 ai enabled notepad.exe has to ensure the script types with better accuracy and characters are not skipped.
Verification
run demo_windows.txt badusb script in notepad.exe and verify output is correct
