This layout mirrors layout_with_navigation but excludes the navigation element, intended for pages where navigation is unnecessary. Refs: freelawproject#5353
Applied the new visual design to the Docs landing page (`v2_docs.html`), aligning it with the updated system used across other API help pages. This ensures a consistent layout, improved usability, and modern styling.⚠️ Note: This branch is based on `API-help-pages-update/layout-without-navigation` and should be merged afterward. Refs: freelawproject#5353
Updated the HTML <table> to use the standardized <c-data-table> component.
