Added Crayons UI usecase

Implemented a Freshdesk frontend-first Support Intelligence Hub with strong Crayons UI coverage across both locations:

• Built a Crayons-driven full-page dashboard (full_page_app) with filters, KPI cards, tabs, pills, inline messages, data tables, and simulated loading/empty/error states using dummy data.
• Split sidebar into a dedicated entrypoint (sidebar.html) and delivered a minimal functional Crayons sidebar (ticket_sidebar) using fw-card, fw-select, and fw-button.
• Ensured sidebar behavior is functional with Apply/Reset actions and session-based state, while keeping UI intentionally lightweight.
• Cleaned legacy sidebar code/markup and resolved lint issues to keep the implementation production-ready for demo/review.
