Updated fedimint client library so it works again. Use with caution. Alpha software!

Warning: this might not work with https://faucet.sirion.io/ for a bit. It does work with https://testfed.xyz/. We made a backwards-incompatible server-side change. This will happen a lot over the next couple months as we rapidly iterate.

Changes

• If gateway fails, app can get you a refund. This hasn't been true so far. Still a couple places where this might fail but mostly works.
• Warns when you're on mainnet
• Better QR scanner
• Can't pay paid invoices, expired invoices, or invoices on different networks
• Rust errors displayed better

• Tapping "fluttermint" shows build information. Holding it allows you to leave federation. Leaving federation deletes the database.
• Show gateway fee
• "share" button for invoices doesn't have "lightning:" prefix anymore
