Added a step to fix bundler issues. Don't know if is specific to arch based distros. not my solution, all credit goes to https://felipec.wordpress.com/2022/08/25/fixing-ruby-gems-installation/

It seems like this sort of user configuration belongs in your shell setup files not in our documentation for running a gem installed command.
It may be Arch specific or it may belong to your particular setup I'm not sure - but I don't think it should be executed by anyone running this web setup.
