Adjusted code blocks for 18 questions to allow live execution, ensuring that users can verify the outputs for better learning outcomes. In the process, some comments and code were adjusted to improve clarity. This PR deals mostly with questions which had basic issues like missing
console.log()statements or whose code required minor adjustments for clarity.
