- Renamed the CI workflow to Backend CI, keeping its merged workflow_dispatch inputs and notify-slack job (IBX-12062 PoC) - Updated actions/checkout and actions/setup-node to v7 - Updated slackapi/slack-github-action to v4.0.0 (SHA-pinned) - Standardized runners to ubuntu-26.04 - Dropped non-existent main branch from push triggers in backend-ci, frontend-ci and browser-tests workflows - Removed the deprecated pr-assign.yaml workflow - Passed the PHP version to the composer-install action explicitly; the implicit matrix.php fallback is kept only for backwards compatibility (IBX-11907, gh-workflows#115) - Added a pipefail guard to the code style check step so cs2pr no longer masks check-cs failures (IBX-11853, bundle-generator#45) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Part of the fleet-wide GHA workflow standardization (wave 8; sample: ibexa/taxonomy#444). Changes:
Backend CIand added a bareworkflow_dispatchtrigger (IBX-12062, per the admin-ui#1999 PoC — without Slack notification parts).ubuntu-26.04.main/masterbranches from push triggers.pr-assign.yamlworkflow.set -euo pipefailsocheck-csfailures are no longer masked (canonical fix from IBX-11853 / bundle-generator#45).Backend CI.slackapi/slack-github-actionfrom v3.0.3 to v4.0.0 (SHA pin + comment updated). v4's only breaking change is stricter YAML multiline handling of thepayloadinput; the payload here is built as single-line JSON via a folded scalar, so it should be unaffected, but the notify-slack job only runs on manual dispatch and is untested until triggered.For QA:
