The General Assembly shall appoint the minute takers by simple majority, on a nomination from the Bureau or from the floor. There shall be at least one minute taker, at least two where Standing Committees meet, and no more than eight. The minute takers shall ensure an accurate record of the decisions of the General Assembly.
