Clarifications in the documentation

• The README only contains 4 hyperlinks and nothing else. This is very unusual for an npm package. Usually, a README contains at least one minimal usage example.

• It's unclear how parse5-parser-stream is different from parse5-plain-text-conversion-stream. There seems to be no difference. If there's any difference at all, it could be specified on the package list page.

I'd be open to adding a small usage example to each individual package's readme. I don't think we need much else since the hosted docs have the rest

The parser stream takes a stream of HTML and parses it.

The text conversion stream takes a stream of regular plain text (not html) and turns it into a HTML doc.

The readme links to the part of the HTML spec that defines this:

I agree it could be useful to have a small description of each package in the list 👍
