only q i have is "Multi-cluster ambient mesh will be available as an Alpha in Istio 1.27, which we plan to release in August." Is this on schedule? would it steal the thunder from the 1.17 release blog which comes up soon in Aug?

Two nits, but otherwise LGTM!
I don't think it will steal any thunder; the implication I think Mitch wants is that it is close. "Multi-cluster ambient mesh will be available as an Alpha in our upcoming Istio 1.27 release." or just "an upcoming release" if you want to hedge |
Yes, this has already merged to 1.27. |
