A Java Plugin that allows users to annotate cell-microscopy z-stack images, and allows users to label, find coordinates, and resize/move around annotations

1. Download ImageJ: https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/download.html

2. Download source code

3. Move the source code into the ImageJ-->Plugin directory

4. Start annotating
