fix(snapshots): update error message to reflect concurrentFn.failing in snapshot tests

Summary

Node LTS seems to reflect correct RC name in failed stack trace. This PR is to update the snapshot and fix failing CIs

Seems to be flaky at one of the detectOpenHandle jest-jasmine test. My hunch is that another retry would make it green.
