I faced an issue after changing the username and password specified in the CLI commands for rabbitmq installation. As discussed with Jorge Turrado over slack community, raising a pull request to specify that the username and password need not be changed from what is in CLI. If changed, there are other parameters in deployment files that has to be taken care of by the developer.
