Add required labels to resources created by api-gateway

Description

Changes proposed in this pull request:

• Add kyma-project.io/module label to api-gateway resources
• Add some of the recommended Kubernetes labels

We need to ensure that the existing resources get these labels as well. In the current state it seems to not to work. Please take a look on that.
