Add support for Anthropic's ephemeral cache points with TTL in AWS Bedrock integration.
This enables users to utilize the new 1-hour cache duration feature when using Claude models.
- Add isEphemeralCachePoint() validation function
- Support optional TTL values ('5m', '1h', or none for default 5m)
- Update all message converter functions to handle ephemeral cache points
- Add comprehensive test coverage for all TTL scenarios
- Maintain backwards compatibility with existing cache point usage
