Added login link to the navbar. It will load /login.html and run the necessary JS to create a session. Upon successful login or clicking the cancel button, the user will be redirect to the BFE page. A "Logout {username}" link will replace the "Login" link in the navbar. The newly added loginLogout.js script is consumed by both the main recto page and BFE.
