Updated to 2.1.3c0 version

Changes include:

• Bootstrap update to v3.4.1
• many appearance changes aimed at: unification (elements that look the same now have the same HTML code and classes), alignment (e.g. button dimensions adapted to other elements in the line, appearance of the panels), spaces, readability (e.g. button colors and some icons, enlarged temperature diagram),
• tabs look and work as it should,
• removed unused CSS classes,
• some new IDs and Classes added,
• HTML code error corrected,
• omitted phrases were included in the translation,
• filename tab_bar.html changed to tabbar.html (nomenclature as navbar.html and dashbar.html without an _ inside).

It is worth knowing that tab_bar.html is unnecessary. Forgive me, but I forgot to delete the file before committing the pull request. You can remove the file manually.
I set the version to 2.1.3c0, which means it works the same as your 2.1.3b0 but has some appearance changes (c = custom). If you preffer to continue the beta numbering, simply change it to 2.1.3.b1.

Important

The operation and functionality of the user interface have not changed.

Note

The code was repeatedly compiled and tested on a test ESP01s and finally tested on a second ESP01s placed in the printer. I found no defects.
