On-host decoding of YOLO segmentation in OAK

On-host segmentation decoding using YOLO working for YOLOv5, YOLOv8, YOLOv9 and YOLO11 on OAK.

I suggest to merge the two main files into a single one, since most of the code (almost all of it) is the same.
Just add another argument defining the version of the YOLO model and based on that manipulate the output0 of the model in a different way between YOLOv5 and YOLOV8V9V11.
Other than that, and the rest of the comments LGTM.
