This commit fixes the behavior of the Rename and Remove actions shortcuts by correctly setting the shortcut context to Qt::WidgetWithChildrenShortcut and explicitly registering the actions with addAction().

i Added the Rename shortcut for properties , its set to F2 than i registered it so it can be displayed in the keyboard menu and changed by users .
