Notice is more kind of any announcement / document right? Not sure if the certificate icon is the best fit here to be honest.

I've only seen them in the context of giving attributions for dependencies, especially in projects using Apache-2.0, since it requires projects to keep any NOTICE attributions that its dependencies have.
