Add support for authenticationDatabase to connect. Map the authSource URL option to authenticationDatabase.

AuthSource and AuthMechanism are not supported in URLs for
mongoctl connect.See Issue #30.
This pull request adds support for the
authSourceandauthMechanismURL options while also adding support for theauthenticationDatabaseandauthenticationMechanismcommand line options.
