enhance the package

Major change is upgrade the version of ejs (which fix the ejs template injection vulnerability)

Other enhancement:

• remove the "fs-extra", use native fs node module
• use rollup bundle the code
• adding the dts file which generated by jsdoc comments
• adding the "release-it" package
