Improve syntax support for oz

• The current syntax file could be improved with fancy colors, more keywords and such
• Support correct indentation of oz (very hard if I remember correctly, but a minimal setup would help over nothing)
• Provide oz snippets to be inserted for common cases (if/case/case of H|T/fun/proc)
