[build / msys2 (clangarm64, windows-11-arm)] fails because of a problem with rst2pdf on msys2. I can disable it for the CI with your approval so the test would pass. |

This adds a new subtitle selection option that picks the subtitle file most similar to the media filename based on Levenshtein distance.

If multiple candidates have similar names,
the one matching the video's season/episode is preferred
