This PR changes the text of the ESP tutorial, which currently re-uses the Adafruit mode text, with an overview of using MicroPython on the ESP boards. This includes a short paragraph on each of the 4 buttons specific to ESP mode / MicroPython. This re-uses the same text as the rp2040 mode PR #77
