Maybe it's only my controller's bugs, but:

• VBATPIN is really connected to A7 pin;
• MAG error is about +90 degrees, so I had to compensate it in the code.

Have you tried changing the Declination/inclination magnitude for the in the setup? Also have you made sure you did not have it near any strong electromagnetic fields. Your ESC can create them. I have the same board and don't have this issue.
