This fix adjusts the ThumbnailsBox's allocation in vfunc_allocate. A better fix would correctly specify the preferred width and height, but I couldn't figure out how to get that to work. This patch finally fully fixes mzur#177.

That behaviour seems to be an interaction with Extensions like Dash to Dock or Ubuntu Dock. Have you got any of those on? Screencast.From.2025-09-26.08-49-07.mp4 |

Yes indeed, I have Ubuntu Dock. Do you have any idea what could cause the interference? |

No, I've no idea. But I know it works fine with all the Extensions you can see installed in the previous screencast, including Dash to Panel. Did you test the commit disabling Ubuntu Dock? If it works properly, maybe it can be released, listing the interferences with Dash to Dock and Ubuntu Dock as a known issue. |
