Added all the required PHP modules to the quick reference table, including DOM, fileinfo, filter, GD, libxml, mbstring, OpenSSL, posix, session, SimpleXML, XMLReader, XMLWriter, zip, and zlib. Technically they were already in the docs and mentioned, but weren't in the table. Signed-off-by: Josh <[email protected]>

I missed adding a bunch of the required modules to the quick reference table. Technically, they're all there on the page somewhere, but definitely an oversight.
