Pushed a fixup to exclude php81 and master (because master needs php8.2 or higher). Alternatively, we drop 8.1 and only keep the 8.1 + stable31 extra run. |

From 12 jobs to 7 jobs, and I don't think we lose a lot. This still covers all PHP versions and all server branches at least once.
