BUG: Crashing when changing events tied to the didSet in PersonAnnotationView and deinit from Geopackage actor. Unsure on fix right now

I'm hoping this is fixed by: #167 Previously I had seen weird crashes, but I'm not sure if it's related. I'll open a new bug if it occurs again.

@MainActorand followed errors/warnings. App builds and launches, but there are limitations.BUG: Crashing when you changes events. Issue is tied to the
didSetinPersonAnnotationViewanddeinitfrom Geopackageactor. We'll need to investigate it further.
