feat: add ikle2/ikle3 as variable

to have this feature fully functional:

• implement slicing for nodes, elements and boundary nodes (see crop function mentioned in add feature: ikle2 / ikle3 as variable #38 )
• check if the boundary nodes definition is correct
• check if the UGRID conventions applied are correct, especially for 3D meshes
