Add additional hash sets for HSS-LMS algorithms
This PR resolves issue #2143
This is already tested in the CI via test_cmdline.py
This PR adds new variants to the cryptographic algorithms HSS and LMS by enabling their use with new hash algorithms. The new hash algorithms include SHAKE and 192 byte output versions of SHA2 and SHAKE.
