The parser type is no longer fetched from the file extension in ojdbc 23.26.0.0.0. Users need to specify the parser type explicitly in the URL option,e.g.
<jdbc-url>?parser=pkl1This also fixes the test that failed after changing the driver to 23.26.0.0.0.
