Absolute Johannes factotum

SCP-2004 (?)
SCP-2004 is a set of five seemingly alien handheld devices, resembling transparent green personal data assistants, made of an unknown, highly durable material. When touched, they project a holographic document written in a pictographic language called L-2004, which causes a dangerous mind-altering effect. People exposed to L-2004 initially become anxious and paranoid, then lose the ability to understand any language except L-2004, and finally develop heightened intelligence, technical skill, and a hostile desire to spread the anomaly. These affected individuals, called SCP-2004-1, can even create advanced anomalous devices from ordinary materials and actively try to escape containment.
Tip of the tongue (?)
The "tip-of-the-tongue" (TOT) phenomenon is a common experience where someone fails to recall a word or name from memory, but has a strong feeling that they are about to retrieve it, often with partial information like the first letter or similar-sounding words. This state can cause mild anguish until the word is found, bringing a sense of relief. While normal for all ages, TOT states become more frequent with aging and can be a symptom of conditions like anomic aphasia if severe. Research suggests that TOT states reveal that word retrieval occurs in stages and are linked to specific brain activations, distinct from a "feeling of knowing" (FOK). Various factors influence TOTs, including bilingualism, certain drugs, emotion, and the age at which a word was learned.
