This PR includes experimental support for two email-based interactions:
.icsattachments and capturing accept/decline confirmations sent by the email client in order to flag the review acceptance status.(There are no other PRs required for this -- the
pkp-libchanges are self-contained.)This requires significant configuration -- check with me for details.
