4 new ExtendedAttribute grammars are being added for use in HTML, ExtendedAttributeString (e.g. [Reflect="foo"]), ExtendedAttributeInteger (e.g. [ReflectDefault=2]), ExtendedAttributeDecimal (e.g. [ReflectDefault=3.0] and ExtendedAttributeIntegerList (e.g. [ReflectRange=(1, 100)]).
