[BUG] ignore-paths/patterns do not work with symbolic link names #608

Description

@lainets

Describe the bug

Adding a symlink's name to ignore-paths or -patterns does not ignore the symlink, instead you need to put the path of the symlinks destination. E.g. if you have a symlink thisisasymlink to /tmp/example and add thisisasymlink to ignore-paths, thisisasymlink will not be ignored. You have to add /tmp/example to ignore-paths instead.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a symlink
  2. Add symlink to ignore-paths
  3. Symlink is not ignored

Expected behavior Symlink is ignored.

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Ubuntu 20.04.3
  • Tool: any
  • Prospector version 1.9.0
  • Python version 3.8.10
