For the schemas that have structure `<table name>/schema.sql`, change the folder to include the database Reason: to potentially merge #6863

Add a script that automatically checks the schemas in test infra against what is currently ClickHouse, if the schema matches a certain structure. Unfortunately it can't handle comments, would appreciate any ideas for this
Add a workflow to call that script every day. No alerts on it because its ok to be wrong sometimes. Not sure if this is needed
Update readme in the schema folder with more information, also add magic strings for wiki maintenance script
Run the script to update the schemas
Add the default.workflow_run table
