pkg-camx-hamoa: Enable virtual packages for Purwa

Add a Provides entry for camx-purwa to support Purwa package dependencies through the shared Hamoa package.

Agathe Porte (@gagath) are the workflows not having correct permissions? Seeing "Resource not accessible by integration" in Debusine CI of this PR? Just wanted to make sure workflows are correctly configured

Chinmay Patil (@chinpati-qipl) I do not know why the Debusine PR hook is failing, I have created a ticket to investigate. This changes looks good to me. Are you sure you want to merge this in qli-staging instead of qli? The package is is QLI so changes should probably be proposed to the qli/debian/latest branch.

Customers using purwa device will do apt-get install camx-purwa, hence we are providing this package

Are you sure you want to merge this in qli-staging instead of qli?

What should be the approach going forward, all PRs to be raised on qli directly? and then backported to qli-staging?

Why cannot the customers just run pkg-camx-hamoa? The camx naming is unfortunate, but working around it using Debian Provides creates more confusion that just saying "pkg-camx-hamoa supports purwa".

Now that the package is integrated in QLI we are in charge of review and publications to QLI, so we will handle the review, publication and backports.
