只有uboot同时打开了这个供电才需要设置。一般不用添加

这个type c是不是能做device？device的话就不能一直供电了

这笔提交可以考虑不合入，如果休眠前插入着设备，再休眠，设备是供电的。 休眠后再插入typec设备无法供电，这笔提交就是为了解决休眠后typec插入设备没有供电导致无法唤醒 @RadxaYuntian

可以尝试添加suspend相关的配置：https://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/devicetree/bindings/regulator/regulator.yaml
