Introduction of dark mode for user convience #256

This commit introduces the dark mode feature to the website. The dark mode is enabled by adding the `colorMode` configuration to the `docusaurus.config.ts` file. The theme switcher is now available in the navbar, and it respects your system preferences. Additionally, this commit fixes a pre-existing bug in `docusaurus.config.ts` where the `scripts` property was defined twice, causing the TypeScript build to fail. Note: The `npm run typecheck` command is still failing with a large number of TypeScript errors. These errors seem to be caused by a misconfigured `tsconfig.json` and are not directly related to the dark mode feature. I have made several attempts to fix the build, but the issues are complex and appear to be part of a larger problem with the repository's setup.
