Some CDN's generate sri hash where may contain //

Motivation and context

RemoveComments class works incorrectly

Given string

Without fix RemoveComments class return

<script src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/dist/js/bootstrap.min.js" integrity="sha384-+YQ4JLhjyBLPDQt
