Added support for the MSPT, now ServerPulse is able to track last, min, max, 1m, 5m, 15m MSPT of the server.
The support is only for:
Bukkit won't be supported because it requires NMS and we don't want to handle them in our project.
Also dashboards are totally revisited, picked the decision to have only one dashboard, divided by type (System Metrics, World & Entities, Players) and added a variable to select server_name and display the server we want to see.
