Resolve mapping IDs automatically to new HF endpoint

This PR resolves mapping IDs automatically from the new HF endpoint API response

Goal: to keep models.ts clean with just hfModel and providerModel and not manually track mappingId
Do this by creating a lookup map for to map each mappingId to an hfModel

Now npm start works without errors
